Road SafetyPlease take extra care when travelling to and from school, particularly during busy drop-off and pick-up times.Parents and carers are encouraged to park responsibly and avoid obstructing junctions, crossings, driveways, or school entrances.Pupils should use designated crossing points and remain vigilant when crossing roads.Cyclists and scooter users should wear appropriate safety equipment, including helmets.Personal SafetyPupils should be mindful of their belongings and avoid bringing unnecessary valuables to school.Encourage children to travel with friends where possible and stay on well-lit, familiar routes.Any concerns regarding suspicious behaviour or activity near school premises should be reported immediately to school staff or the police.Online SafetyAs pupils return to learning, parents and carers are encouraged to discuss online safety and responsible use of social media with their children.Remind young people never to share personal information online and to report any inappropriate content or contact to a trusted adult.Respectful Behaviour We ask all members of the school community to show respect and consideration towards staff, pupils, local residents, and other road users.Anti-social behaviour, bullying, harassment, or intimidation will not be tolerated and may result in police involvement where appropriate.Working TogetherSchools, parents, local authorities, and neighbourhood policing teams all have a role in creating a safe and positive environment for young people.
